Returns & Exchanges Policy

Policy

Each item is hand-crafted with love and most of our items are made to order. Hence, it is not possible to provide a refund.

Ready to ship orders

All our products are handmade with love. Most of our products are customised and made to order. So each piece is one of a kind and takes a lot of time and effort.

This means your purchase may differ slightly from the image you see on the website, and there may be minor irregularities.

Please carefully read the product description and follow the size chart and other guides mentioned along with each item before placing the order.

 

Please also check the status of the item listing (ie Ready to Ship or Made to Order) before placing your order:-  For Ready to Ship items, we will accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Made to order orders

For Made to Order items, we cannot accept exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect. 

If you would like to exchange your item, please email us at info@eternaliajewels.com.  For damaged or incorrect items, please provide photos so that our quality team can find a root cause.

Repairs

We offer repair services for all my jewellery products, including resizing.

Please email us at info@eternaliajewels.com and we will send you an estimate.  You would need to bear the cost of the repairs and shipping.

Other Stuff

This policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.

We make no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
